Jay joined the Wealth Architects team in 2021, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as a receptionist in a busy Gold Coast office before progressing into client services and eventually stepping into a management role, where she led a thriving team in Tweed Heads. Now serving as Head of Operations, Jay oversees cross-functional teams with a focus on enhancing productivity, driving technology-enabled improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Jay’s passion for her work is evident in the continued success of the business. Her warm, outgoing nature fosters long-standing and meaningful relationships across the Wealth Architects community and the broader financial services network.
She holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Psychology.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Jay soaking up the sun—either working on her family farm or enjoying a run and swim at the beach.
